Prices
Rent
You only pay € 10.00/sqm net respectively € 11.90/sqm gross per month including furniture and running costs.
One-off costs
- rent deposit (two monthly rents)
- set-up fee for internet and telephone amounting to € 75,00 net resp. € 89,25 gross
- set-up fee for printer/copiers amounting to € 15,00 net resp. € 17,85 gross
Running costs, after consumption
- call charges
- costs for printer/copier
Upon request your company sign can be attached on our collective wall/pylon for approx. € 80,00 net resp. € 95,20 gross, incl. print and montage.
